Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Kittybloom, a game provided by Layrup ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Kittybloom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the game.
Kittybloom is designed for children. If you are a parent or guardian, you accept these Terms on behalf of your child.
These Terms apply in addition to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the Google Play Terms of Service, depending on where you downloaded the game.
Use of the Game
Kittybloom is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the game in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the game, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or use it in any manner that could harm Layrup, other players, or third parties.
Accounts
A guest account is created automatically the first time you open the game. You may optionally link an email address to continue on another device. We recommend that a parent or guardian helps with this step.
In-Game Purchases
Kittybloom is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases of beads, an in-game currency. Beads have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Layrup does not process or store payment information. Purchases are linked to your account through our payment provider RevenueCat.
In some countries, mystery boxes are not shown in the game.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies. Layrup does not process refunds directly.

Player Interaction
Players can visit neighbours and send notes, gift cards and photo captions chosen from preset phrases. There is no free-text chat. Players can report and block neighbours, and reports are reviewed by our team. Parents can turn off neighbour requests in Settings → Parents.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of Kittybloom, including but not limited to software, artwork, audio, music, text, characters, graphics, logos, and design elements, are the exclusive property of Layrup and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the game without prior written permission from Layrup.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use Kittybloom for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the game, its servers, or other players' accounts
- Use cheats, automation, or tools that alter the game
- Disrupt or interfere with the stability, security, or performance of the game
Account Deletion and Termination
You can delete your account and all game data at any time from Settings → Delete my account.
Layrup reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Kittybloom at its discretion if these Terms are violated.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Kittybloom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Layrup does not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Layrup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Kittybloom, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or device incompatibility.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
Layrup reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of Kittybloom after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
