Privacy Policy for Kittybloom

Introduction
Kittybloom is a pet game for children, developed by Layrup ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the game uses and why.
In short: we collect as little data as possible, show no ads and do no tracking.

Information We Collect
- Guest account ID: a random ID created the first time the game opens. We never ask for a name, age, phone number or address.
- Game data: your pets, home, items, gold and beads, garden, lake and mini-game progress, stored on our server so the game works.
- Country (country code only): taken from the device region setting and used to hide mystery boxes in some countries. We do not use location (GPS).
- Email (optional): only if you choose to link your account, so you can continue on another device. We recommend doing this with a grown-up.
- Username: generated automatically from your pet's name (for example @mirmir18). It cannot be typed freely.
- Purchases: bead purchases are paid on Apple's or Google's own screen, and we never receive card details. The purchased pack is matched to your guest ID through our payment provider RevenueCat.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect an advertising ID, location, contacts, microphone recordings, camera images, real name, age or school. In-game "photos" are drawing data of your room; the device camera is not used.
Communication Between Players
There is no chat in Kittybloom. Neighbour notes, gift cards and photo captions use preset phrases only. Neighbours can be reported and blocked, and reports are reviewed by our team. Neighbour requests can be turned off in Settings → Parents.
Where Data Is Stored
Data is stored in the European Union (Supabase, EU region) and sent over encrypted connections. Each player can only read their own data; neighbours only see your home and pet.
Data Deletion
Settings → Delete my account permanently deletes your account and all game data. You can also ask us to delete it by emailing hello@layrup.com.
For Parents
For any question, access or deletion request about your child's account, contact us at hello@layrup.com. We reply within 30 days.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will announce it in the game and on this page.
